Mentoring is an ancient worldwide concept and practice that is also crucial for individual success. The mentor is someone who must have considerable expertise in an academic field and/or profession. Their role helps an academic student or working person to understand and overcome the obstacles and external resistance that must be faced.
Some Problems for Mentoring
Socrates pointed out a huge problem in the core of Athenian education. The experts themselves were often unsure or conflicted about their knowledge base. Moreover, mentors and mentorees did not value each other correctly; there were mentors who took advantage of mentorees and vice versa. Since ancient times, mentoring remains highly inconsistent without methods for ensuring quality and good outcomes both in businesses, governments, and universities. Few mentors receive any training, mentoring is often too unsystematic to be effective, and many mentors withhold important academic or professional secrets from their mentorees because they fear repercussions to their career if that mentoree shares important information.
Our Solutions for Mentoring
Mentors can gain more knowledge and training through our E-Veritas Lyceum. Mentors who are approved and maintain good professional standing will be given clients directly by Veritas Global Development for as long as they prefer. These mentors will be paid for their time, but both the mentors and the mentorees will be screened and monitored for quality assurance and appropriate dynamics. Because many mentors and mentorees have a certain level of concern, all mentors and mentorees will remain anonymous to each other for an adjustable period of time. Furthermore, the tutor, coach, and mentor of any particular client will communicate with each other about their insights and updates about the client.
